After watching Pootles You tube Tutorial of Sam's No Stick Box I had to have a play and as not much work involved it wasn't too much for my poorly wrist :(
The tutorial makes a diddy 2" x 2" x 0.5" box and I altered the measurements to made a 3" x 4" x 0.5" and decorated the larger one following the sketch on Creative Challenge Club. I am also entering into Papertake's Anything Goes Challenge.
