I decided as I have started a new Healthy Eating Plan I needed something to help me stay motivated so I had a little play :)
I made the backing in Serif Craft Artist using Party Paws Serif Digikit CD from CRAFTERS COMPANION then framed in 5" x 7" frame (£1.50 from Tesco) so I could update my figures by using dry-wipe pen on the glass.
It is now on noticeboard in our kitchen which I see everytime I go in their to try to stop me from choosing "naughty" food.
