I made this ruffle card using left over scraps of Designer Paper from Stampin Up punched at the bottom with EK Success border punch and offset when layered onto the card. Sentiment also from Stampin Up with ribbon and gems to finish and matted onto real red cardstock.
Effective and really quick to made and best of all uses up your scraps of paper!
